Watkins Architect is a professional architecture design and renovation practice located in Fleetwood, Pennsylvania. Founded in 1995, our focus is to develop our client relationships and provide great architectural service with an energy efficient and eco-friendly option. Our staff understands the unique needs and designs of commercial, religious, industrial, residential and government clients. Our staff is detail-oriented and treats each project as its most important project.
In 2012, Watkins Architect merged with Synergetics Architects of Reading PA as one professional architecture firm. Together our teams combine many years of experience, a variety of skill sets and a wide range of resources and services. From all kinds of commercial architecture to interior design architecture, we have the services you need.

Going Green — LEED & Sustainability
What is sustainability?
Using natural resources at the same rate they are being replenished.
What is an example of a sustainable product or technology?
- Solar, wind and geothermal power
- Products made from plants that are harvested within a ten-year cycle or shorter
(such as bamboo, cotton and cork)
What is LEED?
According to the United States Green Building Council (USGBC), LEED is “a voluntary, consensus-based, market-driven building rating system… [that] evaluates environmental performance from a whole building perspective over a building’s life cycle, providing a definitive standard for what constitutes a ‘green building’.”
