Located in Kutztown PA, we provided our design and architectural services for the design of a new winery and banquet facility located in the Berks County countryside. The new facility features a grand entrance waiting area, tasting room, bistro, two banquet rooms with cathedral ceilings and an outdoor patio – all-encompassing the traditional Italian-Tuscan feel.

Located in Ephrata PA, Watkins Architect provided architectural and design services for a new brewpub on an existing bed and breakfast property. The space includes tasting room, accessible restrooms, brewing area and food preparation area. There is also an outdoor seating area and expanded parking for the new building. Rough cut pine was used to clad the walls and vaulted ceilings.

Located in Reading PA, we provided architectural services for the renovation of the historic Reading fire station at 628 Park Avenue into a new brew pub and brewery. The fire station opened in 1905 and closed in 2010. The renovation maintains the historic character of the original structure, restoring it back to the original design.

Located in Phoenixville PA, we provided design services to transform the shell space into Vintner’s Table. The design included an open concept Tasting Room featuring Folino Estate Wines, a Gift Shop Area with gourmet snacks, wine accessories, and hand selected decor items along with a Salumeria Bar that perfectly pairs meats and cheeses.
