Empire Education Group Corporate Office

Located in Pottsville PA, we designed the new two-story corporate office for Empire Education Group. Watkins Architect interviewed all departments and developed the plan including departmental needs, adjacencies and space requirements to successfully implement the design. The project consisted of 30,000 SF including CEO and executive offices, boardroom, large open cubical office areas, managerial and supervisory offices, lunchroom, support spaces and conference rooms. Located in Bally PA, we provided our architectural skills to design the new 2,000 SF addition and renovations to the existing 1,500 SF Bally Savings Bank building. The project included a new bulletproof entry vestibule, lobby, teller line, offices, board room and new finishes throughout the interior and exterior. So as not to stand out as an afterthought, the addition was designed to blend and appear as though it was always part of the building.

Located in Blandon PA, we provided design service for a 2,500 SF addition and renovation to the existing appliance / furniture store, along with a new exterior facade. A portion of the existing structure was required to be removed as part of Penn Dot Highway widening to S.R. 222. Renovations also include modifying the parking and site flow for the building and providing new main entrance for the retail store.

Located in Leesport PA, we provided our architectural assistance to design the new Peach Tree Branch. In addition to providing a more accessible facility with a large parking lot, sizable lobby and high-capacity chapel, the design provides cremation services for both humans and pets, office areas, a garage and a second-floor apartment. The chapel also features a custom dome. The services we provided included master planning through construction documents, 3D renderings for exterior color selections, and construction phase observation.
